In winter, the mountains are snow covered. The villa was built in 1975 and thoroughly renovated in 2005. There is a 4 x 8 m swimming pool. Roses and lavender thrive in the 2000 m² hillside garden in the shade of palm, willow and citrus trees. The bottom of the garden includes a small boules/pétanque terrain, football goals, basketball net and swings. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area 1 km from La Gaude, 2 km from St. Jeannet and 7 km from Vence, 15 km north of Nice Airport.
